Visitors to Togo must obtain an electronic visa, ^[1] unless they come from one of the visa-exempt countries. Alternatively, they may obtain a visa from one of the Togolese diplomatic missions. ^[2]

Visa exemption also applies to holders of diplomatic and service passports of China (including passports for public affairs), Morocco, Russia and South Africa. ^[7]

Togo no longer issues visa on arrival and travelers from all countries may apply for eVisa instead. ^{[15] [16]}
