Visitors to Kyrgyzstan must obtain an e-Visa unless they are citizens of one of the visa-exempt countries or citizens who may obtain a visa on arrival.
Holders of ordinary passports of the following countries and territories may enter Kyrgyzstan without a visa for stays up to the duration listed below: [1] [2] [3] [4]

In addition, citizens of China arriving through the checkpoint at Manas International Airport may stay visa-free for up to 7 days if: a) they have a voucher (which may be purchased upon arrival at Manas International Airport) with a value of at least 500 USD and a return air ticket to their country of citizenship or to a third country with the right to re-enter visa-free after 21 days from the date of departure; b) or with long-term visas (for a period of more than 3 years) of the United States of America, the Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Schengen zone, where they can stay visa-free for 7 days with the right to re-enter visa-free after 21 days from the date of departure. In addition to countries whose citizens are visa-exempt, only holders of diplomatic or official / service passports of China, India, Indonesia, Iran, Morocco and Turkmenistan may enter Kyrgyzstan without a visa.

From 1 September 2017, citizens of all countries and territories may apply for tourism, business and group tourist types of visa for 30 or 60 days online through the e-Visa system.
e-Visa holders must arrive via Manas or Osh airports or through land crossings with China (at Irkeshtam and Torugart), Kazakhstan (at Ak-jol, Ak-Tilek, Chaldybar, Chon-Kapka), Tajikistan (at Bor-Dobo, Kulundu, Kyzyl-Bel) and Uzbekistan (at Dostuk). [10] [11]
Citizens of the following countries may obtain a short-term entry-exit visa under a simplified procedure: [12]
1 - Only business or tourist visa.
2 - Only tourist visa (up to 1 month maximum period) if these citizens have a valid residence permit (resident card) of the following countries stated below:
All countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Brunei, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.
Entry and transit is refused to citizens of Kosovo, even if not leaving the aircraft and proceeding by the same flight. Kyrgyzstan also does not recognize the passports of Abkhazia, the Sahrawi Republic, Somaliland, South Ossetia and Transnistria.

The National Anthem of the Kyrgyz Republic is the title of the current national anthem of Kyrgyzstan, adopted on 18 December 1992 by a resolution of the Supreme Council of Kyrgyzstan. The music was composed by Nasyr Davlesov and Kalyy Moldobasanov, and the words were written by Jalil Sadykov and Shabdanbek Kuluyev.
The president of Kyrgyzstan, officially the president of the Kyrgyz Republic, is the head of state and head of government of the Kyrgyz Republic. The president directs the executive branch of the national government, is the commander-in-chief of the Kyrgyz military and also heads the National Security Council.
The Kyrgyz passport is issued to citizens of Kyrgyzstan for international travel.
Visitors to the mainland of the People's Republic of China must obtain a visa from one of the Chinese diplomatic missions unless they are citizens of one of the visa-exempt countries. The residents of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan with Chinese nationality may stay in Mainland indefinitely as long as their travel documents are valid.
Visitors to Kazakhstan must obtain a visa from one of the Kazakh diplomatic missions unless they are citizens of one of the visa-exempt countries or citizens eligible for an e-Visa.
Visitors to Serbia must obtain a visa from one of the Serbian diplomatic missions unless they are citizens of one of the visa-exempt countries.
Visitors to Belarus must obtain a visa from one of the Belarusian diplomatic missions unless they are citizens of one of the visa-exempt countries.
The Government of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana exempts visa requirements for nationals of specific countries or territories. All visitors must hold a passport valid for 6 months.
Most visitors to Cambodia must obtain a visa, either on arrival or online, unless they are citizens of one of the visa-exempt countries.
Visitors to Tajikistan must obtain a visa unless they are citizens of one of the visa-exempt countries, or citizens who may obtain a visa on arrival, or citizens eligible for an e-Visa.
The visa policy of Lebanon deals with the requirements which a foreign national wishing to enter the Republic of Lebanon must meet to be permitted to travel to, enter and remain in the country.
Visitors to Qatar must obtain a visa, unless if they are citizens of one of the GCC countries or if they are citizens of one of the countries eligible for a visa waiver on arrival.
Visitors to Burundi may obtain a visa on arrival or Online Visa unless they are citizens of one of the visa-exempt countries.
Visitors to Cameroon must obtain an e-Visa unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries.
Visitors to Cuba must obtain a visa before travel or a tourist card from one of the Cuban diplomatic missions, travel agencies or authorized airlines unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries.
Visitors to Nicaragua must obtain a visa from one of the Nicaraguan diplomatic missions, unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries or countries that can obtain a visa on arrival. All visitors must hold a passport valid for 6 months.
Visitors to Egypt must obtain a visa from one of the Egyptian diplomatic missions unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries or countries that are eligible for visa on arrival.
The Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic, formerly known as the State Committee for Defense Affairs, is the main executive body responsible for the Armed Forces of Kyrgyzstan, having the authority to is responsible for the readiness of the military command and the control bodies in its ranks. In accordance with legislation connected to the armed forces. The current Minister of Defense is Major General Baktybek Bekbolotov.
The Military ranks of Kyrgyzstan are the military insignia used by the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan. Kyrgyzstan is a landlocked country, and does therefore not possess a navy. Being a former Soviet state, Kyrgyzstan shares a rank structure similar to that of Russia.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Kyrgyz Republic is the military staff of the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic.
