Visa exemption

Holders of passports of the following countries and territories may enter Peru without a visa for tourist purposes for up to 90 days (unless otherwise noted): [1] [2] [3]

ID - May enter with an ID card.
B - May enter without a visa for business purposes as well.
1 - 180 days.
2 - 180 days within 365-day period.
3 - 90 days within 180-day period.
4 - 90 days within 365-day period.
5 - 60 days.

APEC Business Travel Card

Holders of passports issued by the following countries who possess an APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC) containing the "PER" code on the reverse that it is valid for travel to Peru may enter Peru without a visa for business trips for up to 90 days. [3]

Visitors are required to hold proof of sufficient funds to cover their stay and documents required for their next destination.
Visitors not holding return / onward tickets could be refused entry. Naturalized Venezuelan citizens, must hold in addition to their passport and National Identity Card, the original of the official decree of their naturalization issued by the Venezuelan government.
All visitors must hold a passport valid for 6 months.

Visitors to Colombia must obtain a visa from one of the Colombian diplomatic missions unless they come from one of the visa-exempt countries.

The visa policy of Malaysia consists of the requirements for foreign nationals to travel to, enter, and remain in Malaysia. Most visitors to Malaysia are granted visa-free entry for a period of 90, 30, or 14 days respectively. However, nationals from some countries must first obtain a visa from one of the Malaysian diplomatic missions around the world before being allowed into the country.
