Salvatore Bonanno American mobster

Salvatore Vincent "Bill" Bonanno was the son of Cosa Nostra boss Joseph Bonanno. Although his father never intended for him to be the underboss of the Bonanno crime family, his appointment to high positions in the syndicate precipitated a "mob war" which led to the Bonanno family's exile to Arizona. Later in life, he became a writer and produced films for television about his family.

Peter Caffrey Irish actor

Peter Caffrey was an Irish actor best known for playing Padraig O'Kelly on Series 1-4 of Ballykissangel and Bracken and also well regarded for his role as a transvestite in the film Night Train, and for his role as an unlikely protagonist in I Went Down. He was also known for playing the role of the judge in the Irish comedy Father Ted on the episode A Song For Europe and for voicing a popular Christmas radio advertisement for Barry's Tea in 1994.

Pratap Chandra Chunder Indian politician

Pratap Chandra Chunder was a union minister of India, educationist and author. He served in the Morarji Desai Ministry from 1977 to 1980 as a cabinet minister with education and social welfare portfolios.

Henri Andrieux was a French cyclist. He competed in two events at the 1952 Summer Olympics in Helsinki, Finland. He came in 4th in the team pursuit and 9th in the Men's km time trial.

Lee S. Dreyfus American politician

Lee Sherman Dreyfus was an American educator and politician. A member of the Republican Party, he served as the 40th Governor of Wisconsin from January 4, 1979 to January 3, 1983.

George MacDonald Fraser English-born author of Scottish descent

George MacDonald Fraser OBE FRSL was a Scottish author who wrote historical novels, non-fiction books and several screenplays. He is best known for a series of works that featured the character Flashman.

Aleksandr Abdulov Soviet and Russian actor

Aleksandr Gavrilovich Abdúlov was a Soviet / Russian actor.

Jack Aranson American actor

Jack Aranson was an American actor, trained in Ireland and England, noted for acting in many Shakespeare plays and several one-man shows. He was one of the last actor/managers, creating and managing several small companies in California and New York. Jack played 13 characters in his one-man version of Moby Dick. Time called his performance one of the great (5) one-man shows of all time. This performance was filmed live by producer John Robert, directed by well-known director Paul Stanley. Jack Aranson's Moby Dick is available on Amazon. It is the highest ranked movie version of Moby Dick in IMDb.

Henri Chopin was an avant-garde poet and musician.

Vyacheslav Miranovich Ambartsumyan was a Soviet footballer. A native of Moscow, he played midfielder and forward. He died in 2008 at the age of 67 after being hit by a car in Moscow.

Bjørn Odmar Andersen was a Norwegian footballer who played for Ørn-Horten, Brann and Strømsgodset. His position on the pitch was winger. Born in Horten, Andersen joined Brann in 1963, while serving his military service at the Haakonsvern naval base near Bergen, and was part of the Brann team that won the Norwegian league title in 1963. Andersen spent two seasons at Brann, and later joined Strømsgodset where he won a second League title in 1970, as well as the Norwegian Cup in 1969, 1970 and 1973. He also won 10 caps for Norway. He managed Strømsgodset IF in 1985.

Sir (George) Bernard Audley was a British businessman and philanthropist.

John George Ashley was a referee in the National Hockey League. He was born in Galt, Ontario.

Rowan Ayers was a television producer and poet. He was best known as producer of BBC's Line-Up and Late Night Line-Up in the 1960s. He was the originator of BBCs influential late night rock music show Old Grey Whistle Test and the long-running Points of View. He was also responsible for the BBC's Open Door. Born in Essex, Ayers began his career as a journalist on Fleet Street as an editor for Radio Times before moving to television. After several years with the BBC, in 1974 he moved to Australia where he joined the national Channel 9 network.

Giovanni Rinaldo Coronas was an Italian politician. He was born in Castelvetrano, western Sicily.
