Southold is a station along the Main Line (Greenport Branch) of the Long Island Rail Road. It is located on Youngs Avenue and Traveler Street, just north of NY 25 (Main Road) in Southold, New York, and is the last LIRR station to be located north of NY 25.
The station opened on July 29, 1844, [2] and then was rebuilt between November 1869 and January 1870. The station was closed again in 1958, and then burned down in June 1962. When Peconic station closed sometime in 1970, Southold station became the nearest replacement. A high-level platform was added during the 1990s. [3]
This station has one high-level side platform south of the tracks that is long enough for one and a half cars to receive and discharge passengers.
The East New York station is a station on the Long Island Rail Road's Atlantic Branch in the East New York and Ocean Hill neighborhoods of Brooklyn, New York City, where that branch passes through the Jamaica Pass. It is generally served by the West Hempstead Branch and the City Terminal Zone Atlantic Branches of the LIRR. The East New York station also formerly served the LIRR's Bay Ridge Branch until passenger service on that branch ended in 1924.
The Woodside station is a station on the Main Line and Port Washington Branch of the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR), located in the Woodside neighborhood of Queens in New York City. It is the first station passed by eastward trains from Penn Station and Grand Central Madison, and it is the only station in Queens shared by the Port Washington Branch and other LIRR branches. East of Woodside the two-track Port Washington Branch turns eastward, while the four-track Main Line continues southeast to Jamaica station.
Flushing–Main Street is a station on the Long Island Rail Road's Port Washington Branch in the Flushing neighborhood of Queens, New York City. The station is located at Main Street and 41st Avenue, off Kissena Boulevard.
Little Neck is a station on the Long Island Rail Road's Port Washington Branch in the Little Neck neighborhood of Queens, New York City. The station is at Little Neck Parkway and 39th Road, about half a mile north of Northern Boulevard. Little Neck station is 14.5 miles (23.3 km) from Penn Station in Midtown Manhattan, and is the easternmost station on the Port Washington Branch in New York City. The station house is located on the south (eastbound) side, unlike most station houses on the Port Washington Branch. The station is part of the CityTicket program and is in Zone 3.
The Montauk Branch is a rail line owned and operated by the Long Island Rail Road in the U.S. state of New York. The line runs the length of Long Island, 115 miles (185 km) from Long Island City to Montauk. However, in LIRR maps and schedules for public use, the term Montauk Branch refers to the line east of Babylon; service from Jamaica to Babylon is covered by separate Babylon Branch schedules, while the line west of Jamaica is currently unused for passenger service. A select number of Montauk Branch trains operate via the Main Line during peak hours.
Medford is a station in the hamlet of Medford, New York on the Main Line of the Long Island Rail Road. Medford is located on New York State Route 112 between Peconic Avenue and Long Island Avenue. Access to the station is available from a narrow curving roadway leading off Route 112. This roadway used to connected with the Ohio Avenue intersection until Ohio Avenue was closed north of Peconic Avenue in 2007. It is also accessible from the north end of Oregon Avenue, although the Medford Fire Department periodically closes the Oregon Avenue access road for drills or other exercises.
Central Islip is a station on the Main Line of the Long Island Rail Road. It is at the southwest corner of Suffolk County Road 100 and Lowell Avenue in Central Islip, New York. Short-term parking is also available on Suffolk CR 100 across from the intersections between Pineville and Hawthorne Avenues.
Dunton was a ground-level station on the Long Island Rail Road's Montauk Branch, Atlantic Branch, and later the Main Line in Dunton, Queens, New York City, United States. It was closed in 1939 when the Atlantic Branch was placed in a tunnel east of East New York.
Greenport is the terminus of the Main Line of the Long Island Rail Road. It is officially located at Wiggins Street and Fourth Street in the Village of Greenport, New York, although the property spans as far east as 3rd Street and the Shelter Island North Ferry terminal.

Government buildings are located on the north side of the tracks at the bottom of the Yaphank Avenue overpass.
The Long Beach station is an intermodal center and the terminus of the Long Beach Branch of the Long Island Rail Road. It is located at Park Place and Park Avenue in the City of Long Beach, New York, serving as the city's major transportation hub.
Bridgehampton is a station along the Montauk Branch of the Long Island Rail Road. It is located at Maple Lane and Butter Lane, in Bridgehampton, New York.

Lakeview is a station along the West Hempstead Branch of the Long Island Rail Road. It is located on the southeast corner of Eagle Avenue & Woodfield Road in West Hempstead, New York, and exists as little more than a high-level sheltered platform. Hempstead Lake State Park is nearby. The former Southern Hempstead Branch crossed the line north of this station.
Islip is a station on the Montauk Branch of the Long Island Rail Road, off NY 111 and Nassau Avenue, north of Suffolk CR 50, and south of Moffitt Boulevard in Islip, New York.
Lindenhurst is a station on the Babylon Branch of the Long Island Rail Road. It is officially located at Wellwood Avenue and East Hoffman Avenue in Lindenhurst, New York.
Speonk is an unmanned railroad station on the Montauk Branch of the Long Island Rail Road. It is located on Phillips Avenue at Depot Road in Speonk, New York, just north of Montauk Highway. The station has two parking lots, one operated by the Long Island Rail Road, and the other operated by the Town of Southampton, both of which are free. It also lies adjacent to one of the largest railroad yards on Long Island's East End. This yard is mostly used to hold passenger consists, as a handful of trains terminate at Speonk rather than continue all the way to Montauk.
Hampton Bays is a railroad station along the Montauk Branch of the Long Island Rail Road. It is on Good Ground Road between Springville Road and Suffolk CR 32 in Hampton Bays, New York.
