Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) is a central public sector undertaking based in New Delhi, India. His close friend and eminent Gandhian Bihar Vibhuti A.N. Sinha in his essay Mere Shri Babu wrote that, "Since 1921, the History of Bihar has been the history of the life of Shri Babu".
Mokama is a town and a municipal council in barh of Patna district in the Indian state of Bihar. It is located 90 km (56 mi) east of Patna on the southern banks of the river Ganges. Mokama is the connecting town of north and south Bihar and has 2nd highest amount of lentil production in India. It emerged as an industrial area in State of Bihar after independence.

Burn Standard Company Limited (BSCL) is a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) of the Government of India. Headquartered in Howrah, India, BSCL is engaged mainly in railway wagon manufacturing under the Ministry of Railways. On 4 April 2018, Cabinet approves closure of loss making Burn Standard Company Limited. The company was formed with the merger of two companies – Burn & Company and Indian Standard Wagon, and was nationalised in 1975. In fiscal 2006, the company reported aggregated revenues of ₹1,373 million (US$17 million). Subsequently, the company with its two engineering units at Howrah and Burnpur came under the administrative control of Ministry of Railways in September 2010. The refractory unit at Salem, Tamil Nadu, was transferred to Steel Authority of India Limited.

The Muzaffarpur–Gorakhpur line via Narkatiaganjand Sagauli is a railway line connecting Muzaffarpur in the Indian state of Bihar to Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh. The 309.720 km (192 mi) line passes through the plains of North Bihar and the Gangetic Plain of Bihar and Uttar Pradesh.
Danapur railway division is one of the five divisions of East Central Railway (ECR), a zone of the Indian Railways located at Danapur in Patna district of Bihar state in eastern India. The other railway divisions are Sonpur, Samastipur, Mughalsarai and Dhanbad. The revenue of division in 2014-15 fiscal was ₹900 crore (US$110 million).

Hindustan Fertilizer Corporation Limited is a government-owned fertilizer manufacturing company headquartered in New Delhi. It is under the ownership of the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India. It mainly manufactures urea which is promoted and distributed by the company under the Moti Urea brand name. It has three manufacturing plants. The Namrup-II unit was closed up by the company in 1994 due to scant supply of natural gas. The corporation was part of the Fertilizer Corporation of India. It was spun off into a separate entity after re-organization of Fertilizer Corporation of India in early 1978 as per Government Of India's decision. It has manufacturing units at Durgapur and Haldia.
