Maryland Route 454 is a state highway in the U.S. state of Maryland. Known for most of its length as Crown Stone Road, the state highway runs 2.21 miles (3.56 km) from the Delaware state line in Marydel, where the highway continues east as Delaware Route 8, north to MD 302 in Templeville. MD 454 was built in the late 1910s. The state highway originally ended in Marydel at MD 311, which crossed the state line. MD 454 replaced MD 311 along the stretch to the state line around 1946 and bypassed Marydel by 1956.

National Route 10 is a Japanese highway on the island of Kyushu. It originates at the intersection with Route 2 in Kitakyushu, Furoka and passes through the prefectural capitals of Ōita and Miyazaki, terminating at the intersection with Route 3 in Kagoshima. Route 10 follows the eastern coast along the Inland Sea and the Hyūga Sea. For much of its length, it parallels the JR Kyushu Nippō Main Line. Route 10 measures 454.8 km in length.

New York State Route 347 (NY 347) is an east–west arterial road located in Suffolk County, New York, in the United States. It connects the Northern State Parkway in Hauppauge to NY 25A in Mount Sinai. The route serves as a southern bypass of Smithtown and as a direct link between Nesconset and Port Jefferson. Along the way, NY 347 intersects NY 25 in Nesconset and Nicolls Road in Lake Grove. The westernmost 2 miles (3.2 km) of NY 347 is concurrent with NY 454 while the portion northeast of NY 25 parallels NY 25A, which follows a more northerly alignment through the town of Brookhaven than NY 347.

New York State Route 454 (NY 454), also known as the Suffolk County Veterans Memorial Highway or simply Vets Highway, is a 13.67-mile (22.00 km) east–west arterial road in western and central Suffolk County on Long Island in New York. It spans from NY 25 in Commack to NY 27 in Holbrook. The route provides access to the Long Island MacArthur Airport, as well as New York State and Suffolk County government offices, and at one time the Long Island Arena. NY 454 serves as the northern terminus for the Northern State Parkway in Hauppauge, where a concurrency with NY 347 begins.

Oregon Route 454 is an Oregon state highway running from OR 452 near Adrian to Peckham Road on the Idaho state line near Adrian. OR 454 is known as the Adrian-Caldwell Highway No. 454. It is 5.09 miles (8.19 km) long and runs east–west, entirely within Malheur County, including 0.70 miles (1.13 km) along the Idaho state line.

Duncan Road is a generally northeast-southwest former highway in the northeast of Western Australia and northwest of Northern Territory that links the Victoria Highway with Halls Creek. The road, approximately 443 kilometres (275 mi) in length, was designated as National Route 80 from its terminus at Halls Creek through to Nicholson. National Route 80 continued east into the Northern Territory along Buntine Highway, while Duncan Road snakes its way north, crossing the state border numerous times between Buntine Highway and Victoria Highway.
