Pennsylvania Route 724 is a 30-mile (48 km) road in the U.S. commonwealth of Pennsylvania that runs from U.S. Route 422 in Sinking Spring southeast to PA 23 near Phoenixville. PA 724 travels through Berks and Chester counties. The route runs through the southern suburbs of Reading, passing through Shillington and Kenhorst. Past the Reading area, PA 724 continues southeast parallel to the Schuylkill River, passing through or near Birdsboro, Pottstown, and Spring City. The route intersects many roads including US 222 near Shillington, PA 10 and Interstate 176 (I-176) southeast of Reading, PA 345 in Birdsboro, and PA 100 and US 422 near Pottstown.

The route begins at the US 222 freeway and heads through the southwestern suburbs of Reading as Lancaster Avenue, intersecting Pennsylvania Route 724 in Shillington. US 222 Bus. continues into Reading on Lancaster Avenue and intersects the northern termini of PA 625 and PA 10 before reaching an interchange with the US 422 freeway.

Pennsylvania Route 568 is an 11.60-mile-long (18.67 km) state route in Berks County in east central Pennsylvania, United States. The western terminus is at U.S. Route 222 near Adamstown, where PA 568 continues to the southwest as PA 272. The eastern terminus is at PA 724 in the Robeson Township hamlet of Gibraltar. The route is a two-lane undivided road that passes through rural areas in southern Berks County. The route intersects PA 625 in Knauers, passes through Alleghenyville, and forms a brief concurrency with PA 10 in Green Hills. PA 568 was designated onto its current alignment by 1966. The intersection with US 222 and PA 272 at the western terminus was replaced with an interchange in 2006.

The route runs from PA 82 in West Nantmeal Township, Chester County, north to U.S. Route 422 near Birdsboro, Berks County. The route is a two-lane road its entire length, passing through the community of Warwick, Hopewell Furnace National Historic Site, French Creek State Park, and the borough of Birdsboro. PA 345 intersects PA 401 in East Nantmeal Township, PA 23 in Warwick, and PA 724 in Birdsboro. PA 345 was first designated by 1973 between PA 82 in West Nantmeal Township and PA 724 in Birdsboro. The route was extended north to US 422 in 2008, replacing a former section of PA 82 north of Birdsboro that was initially designated in 1928.
