Oregon Route 452 is an Oregon state highway running from OR 201 near Adrian to State Line Road at the Idaho state line. OR 452 is known as the Parma Spur No. 489. It is 2.75 miles (4.43 km) long and runs east–west, entirely within Malheur County.
Maryland Route 452 is a state highway in the U.S. state of Maryland. Known as Friendship Road, the state highway runs 1.64 miles (2.64 km) from U.S. Route 50 near Berlin north to MD 575 in Friendship in northern Worcester County. MD 452 was built as a cut-off between US 213 and US 113 in the early 1930s.

The route runs through suburban areas, passing through Linwood and Aston Township. PA 452 intersects Interstate 95 (I-95) and US 322 in Upper Chichester Township and US 1 in Lima. PA 452 was first designated by 1928 between its current termini. A portion of the route in Aston Township was realigned by 1950.
