Maryland Route 851 is a state highway in the U.S. state of Maryland. The state highway runs 1.46 miles (2.35 km) as a north–south highway between junctions with MD 32 in Sykesville. MD 851 is the old alignment of MD 32 through Sykesville, which was paved by 1910. The state highway was designated when the MD 32 bypass of Sykesville opened in 1963. MD 851 was relocated at its northern end in 2006.

Pennsylvania Route 425 is an 24-mile-long (39 km) state highway located in York County in Pennsylvania. The southern terminus is at PA 851 in Fawn Grove. The northern terminus is at PA 124/PA 624 in Craley. PA 425 is a two-lane undivided road that runs through rural areas in southeastern York County. The route heads north from Fawn Grove and passes through Woodbine before it forms a concurrency with PA 74 in Airville. From here, PA 425 heads northeast to York Furnace, where it briefly follows the west bank of the Susquehanna River before heading northwest away from the river. The route continues west to New Bridgeville, where it turns north and curves west to continue to its terminus in Craley.

Pennsylvania Route 516 is a 12.5-mile-long (20.1 km) state highway located in York County, Pennsylvania. The southern terminus is the Maryland state line in Manheim Township, where the road continues into that state as Maryland Route 86. The northern terminus is at PA 116 in Spring Grove. PA 516 is a two-lane undivided road that passes through rural areas in southwestern York County. The route heads northeast from the state line to Sticks, where it turns north and intersects the western terminus of PA 851 and crosses PA 216. PA 516 heads northwest and passes through Jefferson before it reaches its northern terminus.
