State Route 604 is the route number designation for parts of Las Vegas Boulevard, a major north–south road in the Las Vegas metropolitan area of Nevada in the United States best known for the Las Vegas Strip and its casinos. Formerly carrying U.S. Route 91, which had been the main highway between Los Angeles and Salt Lake City, it has been bypassed by Interstate 15 and serves mainly local traffic.
State Route 114 is a primary state highway in the U.S. state of Virginia. Known as Peppers Ferry Road, the state highway runs 10.32 miles (16.61 km) from U.S. Route 11 in Fairlawn east to US 460 in Christiansburg. SR 114 is the northernmost of three east–west highways between Radford and Christiansburg and the most direct highway between Radford and Blacksburg. The state highway also connects those cities with the Radford Army Ammunition Plant.
Tropicana Avenue is a major east–west section line arterial in the Las Vegas area. The road is named after the now-closed Tropicana Las Vegas which is located on Las Vegas Boulevard where it intersects with Tropicana Avenue. Part of it is signed as Nevada State Route 593.

The western terminus of SR 604 is at a T-intersection with US 42 in Jackson Township approximately 5 miles (8.0 km) southwest of West Salem. Its eastern terminus is at the intersection that doubles as the southern split of the concurrency of SR 94 and SR 585 in Chippewa Township nearly 1.5 miles (2.4 km) southeast of Rittman.
