Route 201 is a collector road in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia.

It is located in the Annapolis Valley and runs from Annapolis Royal to Kingston. Heading west from its junction with Trunk 1 the route follows the southern banks of the Annapolis River through the communities of Nictaux, Lawrencetown, and Paradise before crossing over Highway 101 into the town Bridgetown. After exiting the town the route continues west where it terminates at a junction with Route 8 in the town of Annapolis Royal.

The highway is designated as a bicycle route.

Nictaux is a community in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia, located in Annapolis County. Nictaux is at the intersection of Highway 10 and Highway 201. The name Nictaux comes from the Mi'kmaq word Niktak, meaning 'The forks of a river'.

Paradise is an unincorporated community in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia, located about 30 km northeast of Annapolis Royal in Annapolis County. The original French name, dating to 1684, was Paradis Terrestre, or Earthly Paradise.

The Old Annapolis Road was a planned direct route between Halifax and Annapolis Royal, the current and former capitals of Nova Scotia, in Eastern Canada. Work began in 1784 and was resumed in 1816 as a military settlement plan for Napoleonic War veterans. Known various times as the Annapolis Military Road, the Dalhousie Road and the Kempt Road, it led to some successful settlements but was never completed and was abandoned in 1829. Some disconnected sections remain in use today.
