TVN Fabula is a Polish TV channel launched April 16, 2015.

Contents

The channel assigns series of TVN Group, movie trailers, foreign series and own productions. It also broadcasts programs on culture, showbiz and talk show with actors. The channel is broadcast in HDTV (1080i). The viewer has the option to watch movies with a Polish voice over or with original soundtrack and Polish subtitles. [1] The station broadcasts daily binge-watching series, meaning several episodes of one series in a row. [2]

History

The channel started airing April 16, 2015 at 9pm. The first movie shown was The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King. [3]

Its programmes aere prepared by the same weather team that presents the forecasts for TVN Meteo's sister channel TVN 24 and the group's flagship channel, TVN. It was available on most Polish cable networks.

TVN24 is a Polish 24-hour commercial news channel, launched on 9 August 2001. Being a part of the TVN Network, TVN24 has been owned since 2018 by US-based media company Warner Bros. Discovery. It gained broader popularity after the September 11, 2001 attacks in the US, which was the first major incident to be covered by TVN24. It is available over all digital platforms in Poland as well as in most cable networks and some networks in other countries, including USA and Germany. The audio portion of the channel can be streamed on the internet.

TV Puls is a Polish commercial television channel, which was based on Telewizja Niepokalanów with the support of companies such as PKN Orlen, KGHM Polska Miedź, PZU Życie, Prokom and which started broadcasting in March 2001. Due to financial problems, it ended broadcasting on 1 April 2003. With the help of the private company Antena 1 and of the owner of Polsat, Zygmunt Solorz-Żak, TV Puls resumed broadcasting in June 2003. TVP Info is a Polish free-to-air television news channel, run by the public state broadcaster TVP. It is focused on newscasts, mainly broadcasting nationwide news bulletins. Until 20 December 2023, its main offices were located in the Television Information Agency building at Warsaw Insurgents Square; since 29 December 2023 the channel's activities are carried out from the main TVP building on Woronicza Street, Warsaw.
