BLT Fish ("BLT" stands for "Bistro Laurent Tourondel") was a restaurant in New York City. [1] [2] The restaurant opened in Chelsea on January 14, 2005. [3] [4] It closed on July 25, 2014. [5]

Kissa Tanto is co-owned by restaurateur Tannis Ling, executive chef Joël Watanabe, and sous chef Alain Chow, who collectively envisioned it as an escapist, anachronistic concept.
