Etats-Unis ( French for 'United States') was a restaurant in Manhattan, New York City, United States. [2] [3] Established in 1992, it had received a Michelin star, [4] [5] [6] before closing permanently in 2009. [1]

History

Etats-Unis opened in 1992. [8] Jonathan Rapp and his father Tom [9] operated the business. [10] [11] Derrick Styczek was the chef at the restaurant when it won a Michelin star. [12] [13] Etats-Unis closed in November 2009. [1]
