Strip House is a privately-owned American fine-dining chain of steakhouses, with locations in New York City and Las Vegas.
The original Strip House was opened in New York City in 2000 by Restaurateurs Peter, Penny, and Mathew Glazier of The Glazier Group. The kitchens are overseen by Executive Chef John Schenk. In 2011, New York restaurant owner BR Guest Hospitality purchased the brand and three restaurants in Manhattan, Houston, and Las Vegas, while The Glazier Group maintains the remaining eateries. [1]
All Strip House restaurants were designed by David Rockwell of the Rockwell Group. [2] The interior features a collection of Studio Manassé (de) [3] portraits of burlesque stars from the 1920s. [4]

Gallagher's Steakhouse is a steakhouse restaurant at 228 West 52nd Street in the Theater District in Manhattan, New York City. It was founded in November 1927 by Helen Gallagher, a former Ziegfeld girl, and wife of Edward Gallagher (1873–1929), and Jack Solomon, a colorful gambler with a large loyal following from the sporting element. These were the days of Prohibition and Gallagher's was one of the first speakeasy gathering places for gamblers, sports figures, and stars of Broadway. 63 CityCenter is a four-story shopping mall on the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada. It is part of the CityCenter complex, developed by MGM Resorts International. The two-acre site was previously planned as The Harmon, a hotel within CityCenter. However, due to structural defects, the hotel never opened and was dismantled in 2015. The property was sold six years later to developer Brett Torino and partner Flag Luxury Group, with plans to build retail space on the site. Construction of 63 CityCenter began in June 2021, and the first business in the mall opened in April 2023.
