The Piedmont Triad is a metropolitan region in the north-central part of the U.S. state of North Carolina anchored by three cities: Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point. This close group of cities lies in the Piedmont geographical region of the United States and forms the basis of the Greensboro–Winston-Salem–High Point, NC Combined Statistical Area (CSA). As of 2012, the Piedmont Triad has an estimated population of 1,611,243 making it the 33rd largest combined statistical area in the United States.
North Carolina's 10th congressional district is a congressional district in central and western North Carolina. It currently includes all of Cleveland, Gaston, Lincoln, Polk and Rutherford counties, and part of Catawba and Iredell counties. With a Cook Partisan Voting Index rating of R+22, it is the most Republican district in North Carolina.
Maryland's 2nd congressional district elects a representative to the United States House of Representatives every two years. The district comprises parts of Carroll and Baltimore counties, as well as a sliver of Baltimore City. The seat has been represented by Johnny Olszewski of the Democratic Party since 2025.

The district comprises all of Garrett, Allegany, Frederick, and Washington counties as well as a portion of Montgomery County. April McClain-Delaney (D) is its current representative.
New Jersey's 6th congressional district is represented by Democrat Frank Pallone, who has served the district in Congress since 1993. The district includes the northern and eastern portions of Middlesex County and the coastal areas of Monmouth County, including towns along the Raritan Bay.
Florida's 4th congressional district is a congressional district in northeastern Florida, encompassing Nassau and Clay counties and Duval County west of the St. Johns River, including Downtown Jacksonville. The district is currently represented by Aaron Bean of the Republican Party.
North Carolina's 2nd congressional district is located in the central part of the state. The district contains most of Wake County. Prior to court-mandated redistricting in 2019, it also included northern Johnston County, southern Nash County, far western Wilson County, and all of Franklin and Harnett counties. The 2nd district has been represented by Democratic Rep. Deborah Ross since 2021.

The district is represented by Democrat Bobby Scott. VA-03 is majority-minority and has a plurality Black electorate, and is heavily Democratic.

The district includes all of Alamance County, Durham County, Granville County, and Orange County, as well as a portion of Caswell County. With a Cook Partisan Voting Index rating of D+16, it is the most Democratic district in North Carolina.

North Carolina's 8th congressional district is a congressional district that comprises a large portion of the southern Piedmont area of North Carolina from Concord to Spring Lake, including China Grove, Albemarle, Troy, and Raeford. The district includes all of Cabarrus County, Montgomery County, Hoke County, and Stanly County, as well as portions of Rowan County and Cumberland County.
North Carolina's 5th congressional district covers the central western portion of North Carolina from the Appalachian Mountains to the northern suburbs of the Piedmont Triad as well as the bulk of the city of Greensboro. The district borders Tennessee and Virginia, with the bulk of its territory in the mountains; it stretches just far enough to include much the of Greensboro metro.
North Carolina's 1st congressional district is located in the northeastern part of the state. It consists of many Black Belt counties that border Virginia and it extends southward into several counties of the Inner Banks and the Research Triangle. It covers many rural areas of northeastern North Carolina, among the state's most economically poor, as well as outer exurbs of urbanized Research Triangle. It contains towns and cities such as Greenville, Rocky Mount, Wilson, Goldsboro, Henderson, and Roanoke Rapids.
North Carolina's 7th congressional district stretches from Wilmington and the South Carolina border to parts of Fayetteville.
North Carolina's 13th congressional district was re-established in 2002 after the state gained population in the 2000 United States census. Previously, the state had 13 districts from the first election following the 1810 census until the reapportionment following the 1840 census.
North Carolina's 12th congressional district is a congressional district located in the northern and eastern portions of Charlotte as well as surrounding areas in Mecklenburg County and Cabarrus County represented by Democrat Alma Adams. Prior to the 2016 elections, it was a gerrymandered district located in central North Carolina that comprised portions of Charlotte, Winston-Salem, Greensboro, Lexington, Salisbury, Concord, and High Point.
Michigan's 3rd congressional district is a U.S. congressional district in West Michigan. From 2003 to 2013, it consisted of the counties of Barry and Ionia, as well as all except the northwestern portion of Kent, including the city of Grand Rapids. In 2012 redistricting, the district was extended to Battle Creek. In 2022, the district was condensed to the greater Grand Rapids and Muskegon areas, including portions of Kent, Muskegon, and Ottawa counties. Redistricting removed Barry, Calhoun, and Ionia counties.

Kathy Ellen Manning is an American lawyer and politician who represented the North Carolina's 6th congressional district from 2021 to 2025. A member of the Democratic Party, her district was in the heart of the Piedmont Triad area, including Greensboro and High Point, as well as parts of Forsyth, Rockingham, and Caswell Counties.

The elections coincided with the 2024 U.S. presidential election, as well as other elections to the House of Representatives, elections to the United States Senate, and various state and local elections. The primary elections took place on March 5, 2024.
