Cezerye is a semi-gelatinous traditional Turkish dessert made from caramelised carrots, shredded coconut, and roasted walnuts, hazelnuts, or pistachios. Cut into matchbox-sized rectangular chips and served on special occasions. It originated from Eastern Mediterranean Turkish province of Adana. Grated carrots are boiled first and then roasted with sugar, coconut powder is spread on it, and pistachios, hazelnuts, peanuts or walnuts are put in it.

Picarones

Picarones are a Peruvian dessert that originated in Lima during the viceroyalty. It is somewhat similar to buñuelos, a type of doughnut brought to the colonies by Spanish conquistadors. Its principal ingredients are squash and sweet potato. It is served in a doughnut form and covered with syrup, made from chancaca. It is traditional to serve picarones when people prepare anticuchos, another traditional Peruvian dish.

Fruit soup is a soup prepared using fruit as a primary ingredient, and may be served warm or cold depending on the recipe. Some fruit soups use several varieties of fruit, and alcoholic beverages such as rum, sherry and kirsch may be used. Fruit soup is sometimes served as a dessert.

Jharkhandi cuisine

Jharkhandi cuisine encompasses the cuisine of the Indian state of Jharkhand. Staple foods of Jharkhand are rice, dal, vegetables and tubers. Common meals often consist of vegetables that are cooked in various ways, such as curried, fried, roasted and boiled. Traditional dishes of Chitarpur, Jharkhand may not be available at restaurants. However, on a visit to a local village, one can get a chance to experience such exotic foods. Some dish preparations may be mild with low oil and spice content, although pickles and festive dishes may have such characteristics.

LAtelier de Joël Robuchon (Hong Kong) Restaurant in Hong Kong

L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon is a three Michelin-starred restaurant in Hong Kong. It is located at Shop 401, The Landmark, Queen's Road Central. The restaurant was run by French celebrity chef Joël Robuchon before his death, it was his fifth L'Atelier restaurant to open, while the head chef is Cattaneo Adriano. Established in 2006, the restaurant was based on his Tokyo restaurant.

The Palacio Haedo is a 19th-century building on the Avenida Santa Fe in Buenos Aires, Argentina. It is located to the south of the Torre de Los Ingleses and the Plaza San Martín and Monument del libertador Jose de Plaza San Martín, in close proximity to the Consulate of Colombia and the Gran Hotel Buenos Aires. It was built in the late 19th century as a residence for the Haedo family by architects Passeroni and Brizuela in the Neo-Gothic style.

Khanom thian is a type of Thai khanom prepared in the shape of a candle. It originated in northern Thailand, and is used by some people as a ceremonial dish.

Lemon delicious pudding is an Australian and New Zealand dessert. As the pudding bakes, it separates, and the bottom remains a liquid lemony sauce while the top becomes fluffy and sponge-like. Similar recipes can be found in English cookbooks as far back as the 17th century.

Masoob is a traditional Yemeni dessert. Masoob is a banana-based dessert made from over-ripe bananas, ground flat bread, cream, cheese, dates, and honey. It is popular in Yemen, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
