The menu changes based on the season, [1] and has included fish, fresh vegetables and organic meats, [2] seafood paella made with clams, mussels, octopus and prawns, [3] as well as deviled eggs. Nearby Radiator Whiskey has been described as a "sibling" bar. [4]

Dan Bugge is the owner. [5] Matt Fortner replaced Jason McClure as chef in 2018. [6]
