The 29th Senate District of Wisconsin is one of 33 districts in the Wisconsin State Senate. [3] Located in north-central Wisconsin, the district comprises all of Rusk,and Taylor counties, along with most of Sawyer and Marathon counties, and parts of northwest Clark County and northern Wood County. The district includes the city of Wausau and part of the city of Marshfield, but is otherwise very rural. [4]
Jerry Petrowski is the senator representing the 29th district. He was first elected in a 2012 special election, and is now serving his third full term. [5]

Jerry Petrowski is an American politician and a former ginseng, dairy and beef farmer. He is a Republican member of the Wisconsin State Senate, representing the 29th Senate District since 2012, and a former State Representative, representing the 86th Assembly District from 1999 to 2012.
The 5th Senate District of Wisconsin is one of 33 districts in the Wisconsin State Senate. Located in southeast Wisconsin, the district is composed of parts of western Milwaukee County, and eastern Waukesha County. It includes the cities of Brookfield and Wauwatosa, as well as most of the city of West Allis and the northern half of the city of New Berlin.

Located in north-central Wisconsin, the district comprises most of central Marathon County, including the city of Mosinee and the villages of Marathon City and Weston, as well as part of northern Wood County, including part of the city of Marshfield. The seat is held by Republican John Spiros since January 2013.
