Scott L. Fitzgerald is an American politician and one-time newspaper publisher. He is a Republican member of the U.S. House of Representatives, where he represents Wisconsin's 5th congressional district. He previously was a longtime member of the Wisconsin Senate, representing the 13th District from 1995 to 2021. In the wake of the 2018 elections when Democratic candidates were elected to the offices of governor, attorney general and secretary of state in Wisconsin, Fitzgerald pushed for legislation to remove powers from the incoming Democratic administration.

Located in southeast Wisconsin, the district is composed of parts of western Milwaukee County, and eastern Waukesha County. It includes the cities of Brookfield and Wauwatosa, as well as most of the city of West Allis and the northern half of the city of New Berlin.

It contains the north side of Wisconsin's capital city, Madison, as well as the cities of Monona, Stoughton, and Sun Prairie, and the northern half of the city of Fitchburg.

Located in southeast Wisconsin, the district comprises southwest Milwaukee County, southeast Waukesha County, northwest Racine County, and northeast Walworth County. It includes all of the city of Muskego, as well as most of the cities of Greenfield and Franklin, and the southern half of the city of New Berlin.

Located in south-central Wisconsin, the district comprises southwest Dodge County and parts of northern Jefferson County and eastern Columbia County. It contains the cities of Columbus, Waterloo, and Watertown, as well as the villages of DeForest, Lowell, and Reeseville. The district is represented by Republican John Jagler, since January 2013.

Located in east-central Wisconsin, the district comprises most of the eastern half of Dodge County and part of the city of Hartford in western Washington County. It also includes the cities of Beaver Dam, Horicon, Juneau, and Mayville, and the villages of Brownsville, Clyman, Hustisford, Kekoskee, Lomira, Neosho, and Theresa, and contains half of the Horicon Marsh State Wildlife Area. The district is represented by Republican Mark Born, since January 2013.

Located in southern Wisconsin, the district comprises north and central Rock County, and parts of southeast Dane County, southwest Jefferson County, and northwest Walworth County. It includes the cities of Edgerton, Milton, and Whitewater, as well as the village of Footville and part of the village of Oregon. It also contains the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater campus and Blackhawk Technical College. The district is represented by Democrat Don Vruwink, since January 2017.
