U.S. Route 31 or U.S. Highway 31 (US 31) is a major north–south U.S. highway connecting southern Alabama to northern Michigan. Its southern terminus is at an intersection with US 90/US 98 in Spanish Fort, Alabama. Its northern terminus is at an interchange with Interstate 75 (I-75) south of Mackinaw City, Michigan.
U.S. Route 150 is a 571-mile (919 km) long northwest–southeast United States highway, signed as east–west. It runs from U.S. Route 6 outside of Moline, Illinois to U.S. Route 25 in Mount Vernon, Kentucky.
State Route 155, mostly designated as Briley Parkway, is a major freeway and parkway beltway around Nashville, Tennessee. It is 35.1 miles (56.5 km) long.
U.S. Route 31E (US 31E) is the eastern parallel route for U.S. Highway 31 from Nashville, Tennessee, to Louisville, Kentucky.
U.S. Route 31W is the westernmost of two parallel routes for U.S. Route 31 from Nashville, Tennessee to Louisville, Kentucky.
New York State Route 271 (NY 271) is a 3.21-mile (5.17 km) north–south state highway in eastern Niagara County, New York, in the United States. It primarily serves as Middleport's Main Street, connecting NY 31 in the south to NY 104 in the north. The southernmost portion of NY 271 is concurrent with NY 31E. At State Street, NY 31E splits off to follow the Erie Canal while NY 271 continues north on Main Street. North of Middleport, NY 271 traverses an area of the county dominated by farmland. NY 271 originally extended as far south as NY 93 when it was assigned as part of the 1930 renumbering of state highways in New York; however, it was truncated to Middleport in the early 1940s.
New York State Route 31E (NY 31E) is a 5.29-mile (8.51 km) state highway located in western New York in the United States. It serves as a northerly alternate route of NY 31 between the village of Middleport in eastern Niagara County and the nearby village of Medina in Orleans County. NY 31E connects to NY 31 at each end by way of a short overlap with NY 271 in Middleport. Most of NY 31E parallels the Erie Canal, and parts of the route run adjacent to the waterway. Outside of the two villages at each end, NY 31E traverses mostly rural areas of the towns of Royalton and Ridgeway.
Kentucky Route 90 is a major east–west state highway in southern Kentucky. The route is 134.734 miles (216.833 km) long, and it traverses Barren, Metcalfe, Cumberland, Clinton, Wayne, Pulaski, McCreary and Whitley Counties in southern Kentucky. It runs from the KY 70 junction near Interstate 65 in Cave City to US 25W about 8 miles (13 km) from Interstate 75.
State Route 6 (SR 6) is a state highway that is unsigned. It travels through the central part of the U.S. state of Tennessee from Lawrence County to Sumner County. The highway is related to the following U.S. Highways:
State Route 386 (SR 386) is a major east–west state route, signed north-south, located in Davidson and Sumner counties in Tennessee. It is known as Vietnam Veterans Boulevard and serves as a bypass for U.S. Highway 31E and a connector to Hendersonville and Gallatin from Nashville. A majority of the route is a four-lane controlled-access highway.
Kentucky Route 48 (KY 48) is an 11-mile-long (18 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. KY 48 runs from U.S. Route 31E and U.S. Route 150 in Highgrove to US 62 and KY 55 in Bloomfield, passing through the community of Fairfield.

State Route 174 (SR 174) is a secondary east–west state highway in northern Middle Tennessee. It traverses northern Davidson and much of Sumner counties.
State Route 258 (SR 258) is a 14.1-mile-long (22.7 km) north–south secondary highway that traverses portions of Robertson and Sumner counties in Middle Tennessee. It is the most direct route from White House to Hendersonville.
U.S. Route 31 (US 31) is a part of the United States Numbered Highway System that runs from Spanish Fort, Alabama, to Mackinaw City, Michigan. In the U.S. state of Tennessee, it runs concurrently with Interstate 65 (I-65) for the first mile northward from the Tennessee state line. There US 31 parallels I-65 to downtown Nashville. At Pulaski US 31 meets the southern terminus of US 31A in Tennessee. US 31 continues due north through Lynnville, Columbia, Spring Hill, Franklin and Brentwood to Nashville. The route splits into US 31E and US 31W in Nashville and go into Kentucky.
