Peterborough City Council elections are generally held three years out of every four, with roughly a third of the council elected each time for a four-year term of office. Peterborough City Council is the local authority for Peterborough in the ceremonial county of Cambridgeshire, England. Since 1998 the council has been a unitary authority, providing both district and county-level services.
