The 2026 Oregon Commissioner of Labor election will be held on November 3, 2026 in order to elect the Oregon Commissioner of Labor. The election will be held on a nonpartisan basis. Incumbent Christina Stephenson, first elected in 2022 [1] , is eligible to run for re-election to a second full term.
The primary election will be held on May 19, 2026. Since this is a nonpartisan office, if a candidate wins a majority vote in the primary election, they will be elected outright. If no candidate receives a majority vote, the two candidates with the most votes proceed to the general election.
