The 2026 Colorado Attorney General election is scheduled to take place on November 3, 2026, to elect the Attorney General of Colorado. Incumbent Democratic Attorney General Phil Weiser is term-limited and cannot seek re-election to a third term in office; he is instead running for governor. [1]
