The 2026 Georgia House of Representatives election will take place on November 3, 2026. All 180 seats in the Georgia House of Representatives are up for election. Prior to the election, 99 seats are held by Republicans and 81 seats are held by Democrats. [1]
The election will be held alongside the Georgia State Senate election and other elections in the U.S. state of Georgia. [2]
Candidate qualifying ran from March 2 to March 6, 2026, with Democrats fielding candidates for the largest number of House districts since 1990.
