On July 21, 2025, incumbent Republican Blaise Ingoglia resigned after being appointed Chief Financial Officer of Florida. [2] A special election will be held on December 9, 2025. [3]

District 14 (special)

On August 12, 2025, incumbent Republican Jay Collins resigned after being appointed Lieutenant Governor of Florida. [4] A special election will be held on a date TBD.

District 15 (special)

On February 13, 2025, incumbent Democrat Geraldine Thompson died following complications from knee replacement surgery. [5] A special election will be held on September 2, 2025. [6]
