The Nazareth Subdistrict was one of the subdistricts of Mandatory Palestine. It was located around the city of Nazareth. After the 1948 Arab-Israeli War, the district disintegrated; having fallen entirely within Modern-day Israel, it was merged with the Beisan Subdistrict into the Jezreel Subdistrict.[ citation needed ]

Migdal HaEmek is a city in the Northern District of Israel.

Migdol, or migdal, is a Hebrew word which means either a tower, an elevated stage, or a raised bed. Physically, it can mean fortified land, i.e. a walled city or castle; or elevated land, as in a raised bed, like a platform, possibly a lookout.

Nachman Bulman (1925-2002) was an American rabbi associated with Orthodox Judaism. He was born to Rabbi Meir and Etil Bulman after a blessing from the Rebbe of Ger, Rabbi Avraham Mordechai Alter. He grew up on the Lower East Side, Manhattan, and was, for a brief period, part of the circle of the Rebbe of Modzitz, remaining close to the Rebbe until the latter's death.

Al-Mujaydil Place in Nazareth, Mandatory Palestine

Al-Mujaydil (Arabic: المْجيدل was an Arab-Palestinian village located 6 km southwest of Nazareth. Al-Mujaydil was one of a few towns that achieved local council status by the Mandatory Palestine government. In 1945, the village had a population of 1,900 and total land area of 18,836 dunams – mostly Arab-owned. The population was partly Christian and the town contained a Roman Catholic church and monastery.

Yifat Place in Northern, Israel

Yifat is a kibbutz in Galilee, northern Israel. Located adjacent to the town Migdal HaEmek and short distances from the cities of Afula and Nazareth. It falls under the jurisdiction of Jezreel Valley Regional Council. In 2019 it had a population of 1,208.

Yitzchak Dovid Grossman, also known as the "Disco Rabbi", is the Chief Rabbi of Migdal HaEmek, founder and dean of Migdal Ohr educational institutions, and a member of the Chief Rabbinate Council of Israel. He is known for his work with children from disadvantaged and troubled homes, having rehabilitated tens of thousands of youth through his educational network founded in 1972.

Naum Leybovich Prokupets is a Moldovan-born Israeli former sprint canoeist who competed for the Soviet Union in the late 1960s. He is Jewish.

Migdal HaEmek–Kfar Baruch railway station is an Israel Railways passenger station situated on the Jezreel Valley railway. It is served by one to two trains per hour in each direction.
