Testosterone propionate/testosterone phenylpropionate/testosterone isocaproate/testosterone decanoate (TP/TPP/TiC/TD), also known as a Sustanon 250 (Organon), is an injectable combination medication of four testosterone esters, all of which are androgens/anabolic steroids.
Nandrolone decanoate, sold under the brand names Rolon and Deca-Durabolin, among others, is an androgen and anabolic steroid (AAS) medication which is used primarily in the treatment of anemias and wasting syndromes, as well as osteoporosis in menopausal women. It is given by injection into muscle or fat once every one to four weeks.
Testosterone propionate, sold under the brand name Testoviron among others, is an androgen and anabolic steroid (AAS) medication which is used mainly in the treatment of low testosterone levels in men. It has also been used to treat breast cancer in women. It is given by injection into muscle usually once every two to three days.
Testosterone phenylpropionate, or testosterone phenpropionate, also known as testosterone hydrocinnamate, is a synthetic anabolic-androgenic steroid (AAS) and an androgen ester – specifically, the C17β phenylpropionate ester of testosterone – which was formerly marketed in Romania. It was first synthesized in 1951 and was first described in the literature by 1953. The medication was an ingredient of several isolated AAS commercial products, but was never widely used. Testosterone phenylpropionate was also notably a component of Sustanon and Omnadren, as well as of Estandron Prolongatum, Lynandron Prolongatum, and Mixogen. TPP was previously available in Great Britain.
Testosterone decanoate is an androgen and anabolic steroid and a testosterone ester. It is a component of Sustanon, along with testosterone propionate, testosterone phenylpropionate, and testosterone isocaproate. The medication has not been marketed as a single-drug preparation. Testosterone decanoate has been investigated as a potential long-acting injectable male contraceptive. It has a longer duration of action than testosterone enanthate, but its duration is not as prolonged as that of testosterone undecanoate.
Estradiol phenylpropionate (EPP), also known as estradiol 17β-phenylpropionate and sold under the brand name Menformon Prolongatum, is an estrogen which is no longer marketed. It is an estrogen ester, specifically the C17β phenylpropionate ester of estradiol.
Testosterone phenylacetate is an androgen and anabolic steroid and a testosterone ester. Analogously to estradiol benzoate having been one of the first estrogen esters to be introduced, testosterone phenylacetate was one of the first testosterone esters to be introduced. Androstanolone, or stanolone, also known as dihydrotestosterone (DHT) and sold under the brand name Andractim among others, is an androgen and anabolic steroid (AAS) medication and hormone which is used mainly in the treatment of low testosterone levels in men. It is also used to treat breast development and small penis in males. Compared to testosterone, androstanolone (DHT) is less likely to aromatize into estrogen, and therefore it shows less pronounced estrogenic side effects, such as gynecomastia and water retention. On the other hand, androstanolone (DHT) show more significant androgenic side effects, such as acne, hair loss and prostate enlargement.
Estradiol benzoate/estradiol phenylpropionate (EB/EPP), sold under the brand name Dimenformon Prolongatum, is an injectable combination formulation of estradiol benzoate (EB), a shorter-acting estrogen, and estradiol phenylpropionate (EPP), a longer-acting estrogen, which has been used in menopausal hormone therapy for women in Europe but appears to no longer be available. It has also been used to suppress lactation in women and has been used in feminizing hormone therapy for transgender women. It has been provided in the form of 1 mL ampoules containing 2.5 mg EB and 10 mg EPP in oil solution and is administered by intramuscular injection at regular intervals.

It was also used to suppress lactation in postpartum women.
Testosterone propionate/testosterone valerate/testosterone undecylenate (TP/TV/TUe), sold under the brand name Triolandren, is an injectable combination medication of testosterone propionate (TP), testosterone valerate (TV), and testosterone undecylenate (TUe), which are all androgens/anabolic steroids. It contains 20 mg/mL TP, 80 mg/mL TV, and 150 mg/mL TUe in oil solution and is administered by intramuscular injection at regular intervals. The medication has been reported to have a duration of action of about 10 to 20 days.
Testosterone undecylenate (TUe) is an androgen/anabolic steroid medication and androgen ester which is no longer marketed. It was a component of Durasteron and Triolandren, long-acting mixtures of testosterone esters in oil solution that were administered by intramuscular injection.
Testosterone propionate/testosterone enanthate/testosterone undecylenate (TP/TE/TUe), sold under the brand name Durasteron, is an injectable combination medication of testosterone propionate (TP), testosterone valerate (TV), and testosterone undecylenate (TUe), all of which are androgens/anabolic steroids. Testosterone propionate/testosterone cypionate/prasterone (TP/TC/DHEA), sold under the brand name Sten, is an injectable combination medication of testosterone propionate (TP), a fast-acting androgen/anabolic steroid, testosterone cypionate (TC), a long-acting androgen/anabolic steroid, and prasterone, an androgen and neurosteroid, which has been used to treat andropause, hypogonadism, and impotence in men and breast cancer, fibrocystic breast disease, and low sexual desire in women. It contains 25 mg TP, 75 mg TC, and 20 mg DHEA in 2 mL oil solution provided in ampoules and is administered by intramuscular injection once every 15 to 30 days. The medication was previously marketed in Mexico but appears to no longer available. The duration of action of TP/TC/DHEA has been reported to be approximately 15 to 30 days, due to the long-acting TC component.
