Testosterone propionate/testosterone phenylpropionate/testosterone isocaproate/testosterone decanoate (TP/TPP/TiC/TD), also known as a Sustanon 250 (Organon), is an injectable combination medication of four testosterone esters, all of which are androgens/anabolic steroids.
Nandrolone decanoate, sold under the brand name ROLON among others, is an androgen and anabolic steroid (AAS) medication which is used primarily in the treatment of anemias and wasting syndromes, as well as osteoporosis in menopausal women. It is given by injection into muscle or fat once every one to four weeks.
Estradiol valerate (EV), sold for use by mouth under the brand name Progynova and for use by injection under the brand names Delestrogen and Progynon Depot among others, is an estrogen medication. It is used in hormone therapy for menopausal symptoms and low estrogen levels, hormone therapy for transgender people, and in hormonal birth control. It is also used in the treatment of prostate cancer. The medication is taken by mouth or by injection into muscle or fat once every 1 to 4 weeks.

Estradiol benzoate (EB), sold under the brand name Progynon-B among others, is an estrogen medication which is used in hormone therapy for menopausal symptoms and low estrogen levels in women, in hormone therapy for transgender women, and in the treatment of gynecological disorders. It is also used in the treatment of prostate cancer in men. Estradiol benzoate is used in veterinary medicine as well. When used clinically, the medication is given by injection into muscle usually two to three times per week.
Methandriol, also known as methylandrostenediol, is an androgen and anabolic steroid (AAS) medication which was developed by Organon and is used in both oral and injectable formulations. It is an orally active 17α-alkylated AAS and a derivative of the endogenous androgen prohormone androstenediol.
Estradiol dienanthate (EDE), sold under the brand names Climacteron among others, is a long-acting estrogen medication which was previously used in menopausal hormone therapy for women and to suppress lactation in women. It was formulated in combination with estradiol benzoate (EB), a short-acting estrogen, and testosterone enanthate benzilic acid hydrazone (TEBH), a long-acting androgen/anabolic steroid. EDE has not been made available for medical use alone. The medication, in combination with EB and TEBH, was given by injection into muscle once or at regular intervals, for instance once every 6 weeks.
Testosterone phenylacetate is an androgen and anabolic steroid and a testosterone ester. Analogously to estradiol benzoate having been one of the first estrogen esters to be introduced, testosterone phenylacetate was one of the first testosterone esters to be introduced. However, since its introduction, it has largely been replaced by other esters, such as testosterone propionate.
Nandrolone hexyloxyphenylpropionate, also known as 19-nortestosterone 17β-(3- phenyl)propionate, is a synthetic androgen and anabolic steroid and a nandrolone ester that is marketed in France, Denmark, Austria, Luxembourg, and Turkey. It has been studied as a potential long-acting injectable male contraceptive, though it has not been marketed for this indication. Approximately 70% of men became azoospermic, while the remaining men all became oligospermic. NHPP has a mean residence time in the body of 29.1 days and an elimination half-life in the body of 20.1 days.

Boldenone undecylenate, or boldenone undecenoate, sold under the brand names Equipoise and Parenabol among others, is an androgen and anabolic steroid (AAS) medication which is used in veterinary medicine, mainly in horses. It was formerly used in humans as well. It is given by injection into muscle.
Testosterone valerate, or testosterone pentanoate, also known as androst-4-en-17β-ol-3-one 17β-valerate, is a synthetic, steroidal androgen and an androgen ester – specifically, the C17β valerate ester of testosterone – which is used in veterinary medicine. It is administered via intramuscular injection and acts as a long-lasting prodrug of testosterone. The medication is available as a component of the veterinary drug Deposterona, which is marketed in Mexico and also contains testosterone acetate and testosterone undecanoate. Testosterone valerate is a short-to-medium duration ester of testosterone, with an elimination half-life of approximately twice that of the short-acting testosterone propionate.
Androstanolone, or stanolone, also known as dihydrotestosterone (DHT) and sold under the brand name Andractim among others, is an androgen and anabolic steroid (AAS) medication and hormone which is used mainly in the treatment of low testosterone levels in men. It is also used to treat breast development and small penis in males. Compared to testosterone, androstanolone (DHT) is less likely to aromatize into estrogen, and therefore it shows less pronounced estrogenic side effects, such as gynecomastia and water retention. On the other hand, androstanolone (DHT) show more significant androgenic side effects, such as acne, hair loss and prostate enlargement.

Clinical studies have assessed this formulation.

It contains 20 mg/mL TP, 80 mg/mL TV, and 150 mg/mL TUe in oil solution and is administered by intramuscular injection at regular intervals. The medication has been reported to have a duration of action of about 10 to 20 days.

It contains 20 mg TP, 80 mg TE, and 150 mg TUe in oil solution and is administered by intramuscular injection at regular intervals, for instance once every 3 or 4 weeks. Use of Durasteron by bodybuilders has been reported.
Testosterone propionate/testosterone cypionate/prasterone (TP/TC/DHEA), sold under the brand name Sten, is an injectable combination medication of testosterone propionate (TP), a fast-acting androgen/anabolic steroid, testosterone cypionate (TC), a long-acting androgen/anabolic steroid, and prasterone, an androgen and neurosteroid, which has been used to treat andropause, hypogonadism, and impotence in men and breast cancer, fibrocystic breast disease, and low sexual desire in women. It contains 25 mg TP, 75 mg TC, and 20 mg DHEA in 2 mL oil solution provided in ampoules and is administered by intramuscular injection once every 15 to 30 days. The medication was previously marketed in Mexico but appears to no longer available. The duration of action of TP/TC/DHEA has been reported to be approximately 15 to 30 days, due to the long-acting TC component.
