Testosterone propionate/testosterone phenylpropionate/testosterone isocaproate/testosterone decanoate (TP/TPP/TiC/TD), also known as a Sustanon 250 (Organon), is an injectable combination medication of four testosterone esters, all of which are androgens/anabolic steroids.
Estradiol valerate (EV), sold for use by mouth under the brand name Progynova and Primiwal E4 and for use by injection under the brand names Delestrogen and Progynon Depot among others, is an estrogen medication. It is used in hormone therapy for menopausal symptoms and low estrogen levels, hormone therapy for transgender people, and in hormonal birth control. It is also used in the treatment of prostate cancer. The medication is taken by mouth or by injection into muscle or fat once every 1 to 4 weeks.
Testosterone propionate, sold under the brand name Testoviron among others, is an androgen and anabolic steroid (AAS) medication which is used mainly in the treatment of low testosterone levels in men. It has also been used to treat breast cancer in women. It is given by injection into muscle usually once every two to three days.
Estradiol dienanthate (EDE), sold under the brand names Climacteron among others, is a long-acting estrogen medication which was previously used in menopausal hormone therapy for women and to suppress lactation in women. It was formulated in combination with estradiol benzoate (EB), a short-acting estrogen, and testosterone enanthate benzilic acid hydrazone (TEBH), a long-acting androgen/anabolic steroid. EDE has not been made available for medical use alone. The medication, in combination with EB and TEBH, was given by injection into muscle once or at regular intervals, for instance once every 6 weeks.
Testosterone phenylacetate is an androgen and anabolic steroid and a testosterone ester. Analogously to estradiol benzoate having been one of the first estrogen esters to be introduced, testosterone phenylacetate was one of the first testosterone esters to be introduced. However, since its introduction, it has largely been replaced by other esters, such as testosterone propionate.
Testosterone propionate/testosterone phenylpropionate/testosterone isocaproate/testosterone caproate (TP/TPP/TiC/TCa), sold under the brand name Omnadren or Omnadren 250, is an injectable combination medication of four testosterone esters, all of which are androgens/anabolic steroids, which is no longer marketed. Its constituents included:
Testosterone propionate/testosterone enanthate (TE/TP), sold under the brand name Testoviron depot, is an oil-based mixture of testosterone esters for depot intramuscular injection which is marketed in Europe. Its constituents include:
Testosterone valerate, or testosterone pentanoate, also known as androst-4-en-17β-ol-3-one 17β-valerate, is a synthetic, steroidal androgen and an androgen ester – specifically, the C17β valerate ester of testosterone – which is used in veterinary medicine. It is administered via intramuscular injection and acts as a long-lasting prodrug of testosterone. The medication is available as a component of the veterinary drug Deposterona, which is marketed in Mexico and also contains testosterone acetate and testosterone undecanoate. Testosterone valerate is a short-to-medium duration ester of testosterone, with an elimination half-life of approximately twice that of the short-acting testosterone propionate.

It is also used to treat breast development and small penis in males. It is typically given as a gel for application to the skin, but can also be used as an ester by injection into muscle.
Testosterone propionate/testosterone phenylpropionate/testosterone isocaproate (TP/TPP/TiC), sold under the brand name Sustanon 100 (Organon), is an injectable combination medication of four testosterone esters, all of which are androgens/anabolic steroids. They include:
Estradiol benzoate/estradiol phenylpropionate/testosterone propionate/testosterone phenylpropionate/testosterone isocaproate (EB/EPP/TP/TPP/TiC), sold under the brand names Estandron Prolongatum, Lynandron Prolongatum, and Mixogen, was an injectable combination medication of the estrogens estradiol benzoate (EB) and estradiol phenylpropionate (EPP) and the androgens/anabolic steroids testosterone propionate (TP), testosterone phenylpropionate (TPP), and testosterone isocaproate (TiC) which was used in menopausal hormone therapy for women. It was also used to suppress lactation in postpartum women.
