The City of Westminster is a home rule municipality located in Adams and Jefferson counties, Colorado, United States. The city population was 116,317 at the 2020 United States Census with 71,240 residing in Adams County and 45,077 residing in Jefferson County. Westminster is eighth most populous city in Colorado. The city is a part of the Denver–Aurora–Lakewood, CO Metropolitan Statistical Area and the Front Range Urban Corridor. The Westminster Municipal Center is located 9 miles (14 km) north-northwest of the Colorado State Capitol in Denver.

The William Smith House is a home located at 412 Oswego Ct. in Aurora, Colorado. William Smith arrived in Aurora, Colorado in 1882. The house was built in 1910. William Smith is the founder of the Aurora Public school system. He once raised sheep on the property and former owner of land donated for Del Mar Park. He served on the school board for over 50 years and Aurora's first high school was named after him. The house remained in the family until 1983 when his daughter Margaret died. The house remains as a private residence.

Cranmer House, also known as Kerwin House, is a historic two-story, stucco-clad Italian Renaissance Revival house at 200 Cherry Street in Denver, Colorado. The house was built in 1917 for George E. Cranmer, who was Denver Manager of Improvement and Parks. It was designed by architect Jules Jacques Benoit Benedict. An addition built in the late 1920s, including a dormer, was designed by architect Burnham Hoyt. The house was purchased by Thomas and Mary Ann Kerwin, one of the co-founders of La Leche League, in the 1960s; they and their children resided there for 30 years.
