Serine/threonine-protein kinase PRKY is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the PRKY gene. [3] [4]
This gene encodes a member of the cAMP-dependent serine/threonine protein kinase family. This gene is located on chromosome Y, near the boundary of the pseudoautosomal region. Abnormal recombination between this gene and a related gene on chromosome X is a frequent cause of XX males and XY females. [4]
Phosphorylase b kinase regulatory subunit alpha, liver isoform is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the PHKA2 gene.
Serine/threonine-protein kinase MRCK alpha is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the CDC42BPA gene.
Serine/threonine-protein kinase D2 or PKD2 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the PRKD2 gene.
PAS domain-containing serine/threonine-protein kinase is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the PASK gene.
Serine/threonine-protein kinase OSR1 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the OXSR1 gene.
Homeodomain-interacting protein kinase 3 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the HIPK3 gene.
Serine/threonine-protein kinase PLK2 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the PLK2 gene.
Dual specificity protein kinase CLK3 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the CLK3 gene. The CLK3 gene encodes a serine/threonine type protein kinase with a non-conserved N-terminal domain. A long and short isoform result from alternative splicing and coexist in different tissues. Isoform phclk3/152 lacks the kinase domain.
Serine/threonine-protein kinase PCTAIRE-3 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the CDK18 gene.
Serine/threonine-protein kinase 10 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the STK10 gene.
Serine/threonine-protein kinase 19 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the STK19 gene.
Serine/threonine-protein kinase Sgk2 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the SGK2 gene.
Serine/threonine-protein kinase, Intestinal cell kinase or ICK is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the ICK gene.
Receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase 4 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the RIPK4 gene.
Serine/threonine-protein kinase DCLK1 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the DCLK1 gene.
Serine/threonine-protein kinase 40 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the STK40 gene.
Ankyrin repeat domain-containing protein 26 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ANKRD26 gene. This protein has a function that is not currently understood.
Microtubule-associated serine/threonine-protein kinase 1 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the MAST1 gene.
Serine/threonine-protein kinase haspin is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the GSG2 gene.
Serine/threonine-protein kinase Nek8, also known as never in mitosis A-related kinase 8, is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the NEK8 gene.
