The 1992 United States House of Representatives elections in Pennsylvania were held on November 8, 1992, to elect the twenty-one members of Pennsylvania 's delegation to the United States House of Representatives . These were the first elections following redistricting from the 1990 census , which resulted in the state losing two seats. The elections coincided with the presidential election , other elections to the House of Representatives, elections to the United States Senate , and various state and local elections . Primary elections were held April 28, 1992.
