Arihant Majestic Towers is a 17-storied residential building in Chennai, India. At 63 meters, it is one of the first buildings that surpassed the LIC Building on Anna Salai as the tallest building in the city. It remained the tallest building in the city until the Hyatt Regency building was topped out.

The towers

Located on the Inner Ring Road, opposite the Chennai Mofussil Bus Terminus, the complex consists of 310 housing units in 5 towers with a total built-up area of 510,000 sq ft. Built on a 11.7-acre land, the towers are 63 meters in height and have 16 floors. The complex include amenities such as swimming pool, children play area, library, and gymnasium.

The 60-story skyscraper of the complex is the fifteenth-tallest building in Russia, and the 24th-tallest building in Europe.

LIC Building is a 15-storied building in Chennai, India, serving as the southern headquarters of the Life Insurance Corporation of India. It is the first skyscraper built in Chennai and an important landmark in the city. Located on the arterial Anna Salai, the building is 54 m (177 ft) tall. Initially built with 12 floors, the LIC Building was the tallest building in India when it was completed in 1959 and was surpassed by Mumbai's first skyscraper, the Usha Kiran Building, in 1961, which is about 80 m (260 ft) high. The building marked the transition from lime-and-brick construction to concrete columns in the region. The building is also known for using pile foundation technique for the first time in the region.
