The Latvian Green Party is a green conservative political party in Latvia.
Parliamentary elections were held in Latvia on 2 October 2010. It was the first parliamentary election to be held in Latvia since the beginning of the economic crisis during which Latvia had experienced one of the deepest recessions in the world.
Responsibility – Social Democratic Alliance of Political Parties was a political coalition in Latvia, until 2010 called Libertas.lv, which was the local branch of Declan Ganley's Libertas Party. Unlike Libertas in other countries, Libertas Latvia was not a political party in its own right. Instead, candidates from Mūsu Zeme, Sociālā Taisnīguma Partija and Latvijas Atmoda contended the 2009 European Parliament elections in Latvia under common lists branded with the Libertas identity. The candidates retained their membership of their national parties and the national parties retained their legal identity.
Parliamentary elections were held in Latvia on 6 October 2018. Following the elections, a coalition government was formed by Who owns the state?, the New Conservative Party, Development/For!, the National Alliance and New Unity. Despite being from the smallest elected party, Arturs Krišjānis Kariņš of New Unity was chosen as prime minister.

For Stability! is a Eurosceptic Latvian political party founded on 26 February 2021. It was founded by former members of the Riga City Council Aleksejs Rosļikovs and Valērijs Petrovs. It is a party that advocates Russian minority politics, and it describes itself as centrist on the political spectrum.
The United List is a centrist to centre-right, regionalist and green conservative political alliance in Latvia established to contest the 2022 parliamentary election. The list consists of the Latvian Green Party, the Latvian Association of Regions, the Liepāja Party, as well as the "United List of Latvia" association led by Liepāja construction contractor Uldis Pīlēns.
The Evika Siliņa cabinet is the 42nd and current government of Latvia, sworn in on 15 September 2023 after Evika Siliņa was proposed as Prime Minister by President Edgars Rinkēvičs and elected by the Saeima.
Viesturs Liepkalns is a Latvian entrepreneur and politician. He has been a member of the 13th Saeima, elected from the list of the political party alliance Development/For! in the Vidzeme electoral district. Previously, he served as the Secretary-General (2017–2018) and a board member (2018–2020) of the For Latvia's Development party.
Aleksejs Loskutovs is a Latvian politician. He served as a Member of the European Parliament for Unity from January 24, 2019, until July 1, 2019.
Force of People's Power is a minor conservative populist Latvian political party founded in 2007 under the name Force in Unity which operated under the name Alternative from 2012 to 2022.
