<span class="mw-page-title-main">Wushaoling Tunnel</span> Railway tunnel in Gansu, China

The Wushaoling Tunnel is a 21.05 km dual-bore railway tunnel in Gansu, north-west China. The east-bound bore opened on 30 March 2006. The second bore opened in August 2006. It was briefly the longest railway tunnel in China until the opening of the 27.84 km Taihang Tunnel in late 2007. In 2018, a one year reconstruction of the signaling system was started.

Line 3 of the Guangzhou Metro is a 65.43-kilometer (40.66 mi) rapid transit line connects Panyu Square to Tianhe Coach Terminal. The entire line, including all track and stations, is located in tunnels. Its 57.93 km (36.00 mi) main branch, excluding the 7.5 km (4.66 mi) branch between Tianhe Coach Terminal and Tiyu Xilu, is now the third longest continuous subway tunnel in the world, and the longest rail tunnel of any kind.

The Lanzhou–Haikou Expressway, designated as G75 and commonly referred to as the Lanhai Expressway, is an expressway in China that connects the cities of Lanzhou, Gansu, and Haikou, Hainan. When fully complete, it will be 2,570 km (1,600 mi) in length. It is one of the most important routes between Northwest China and the Southwest, and considered one of the developmental axes of Development of Western China.

A total length of 163 km (101.3 mi) of network is planned, with Line 5 which is currently under planning.

New Guanjiao Tunnel is a tunnel on the 2nd line of Qinghai–Tibet Railway in Guanjiao Mountain, Qinghai province. It is dual-bored, double-track rail tunnel. The total length of the tunnel is 32.645 km (20.285 mi), which makes it the longest railway tunnel in China.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Dushu Lake</span> Fresh water lake in Suzhou, China

Dushu Lake is a freshwater lake in the southern part of Suzhou Industrial Park. It is located in the junction of four towns: Guoxiang (郭巷), Chefang (车坊), Xietang (斜塘) and Loufeng (娄葑). The area of Dushu Lake is 9.19 square kilometers with an average depth of 6.5 meters. The lake connects the Jinji Lake (金鸡湖) at its north end, the Fengmen Pond (葑门塘) at its west, and is fed by the Wusong River (吴淞江) from the south-east. The earliest proof of possible human activity around Dushu Lake can be traced back 5500 years, according to an archaeology report conducted in 2001. The findings were significant in analyzing Suzhou's climate, geography, and environment in ancient times. Suzhou Dushu Lake Higher Education Town is located by the east bank of the lake, and two tunnels run through the lake, connecting the east and west bank.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Lanzhou–Chongqing railway</span> Railway line in China

Lanzhou–Chongqing railway or Lanyu railway is a higher-speed railway in China connecting Lanzhou and Chongqing. Construction started in 2010, last segment of the railway was opened for service in September 2017. The line allows trains to travel between Chongqing and Lanzhou, Gansu via Nanchong and Guangyuan, Sichuan.

The Jin'an Bridge is a suspension bridge near Lijiang, Yunnan, China. At 461 m (1,512 ft), it is the fourth highest bridge in the world. The bridge forms part of the G4216 Chengdu–Lijiang Expressway carrying traffic over the Jinsha River. The bridge construction began in 2016, the structure closed in January 2020 and it opened for traffic on 31 December 2020. The main span of the bridge is 1,386 m (4,547 ft).

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Lanzhou–Xinjiang high-speed railway</span> Railway line in western Peoples Republic of China

The Lanzhou–Xinjiang high-speed railway, also known as Lanzhou–Xinjiang Passenger Railway or Lanxin Second Railway, is a high-speed railroad in Northwestern China from Lanzhou in Gansu Province to Ürümqi in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region. It forms part of what China designates the Eurasia Continental Bridge corridor, a domestic high-speed railway corridor running from the city of Lianyungang in Jiangsu to the Kazakh border. The line is also shared with conventional trains.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Kunming–Yuxi–Hekou railway</span> Railway line in Yunnan, China

The Kunming–Yuxi–Hekou railway is a standard-gauge railway in Yunnan Province of China, linking the provincial capital Kunming with the town of Hekou on the Vietnamese border. Constructed in several stages between 1989 and 2014, the Kunming–Yuxi–Hekou railway has largely replaced the Chinese section of the old metre-gauge Kunming–Haiphong railway for normal passenger and cargo transportation. The line is electrified, but single-tracked over most of its length.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Gaoligongshan Tunnel</span> Railway tunnel in Yunnan, China

Gaoligongshan Tunnel or Gaoligong Mountain Rail Tunnel is a 34.5 km (21.4 mi) tunnel between Nujiang Station and Longling Station on the Dali–Ruili railway in Yunnan, China. It passes through the entirety of Longling County and then into Mangshi. Upon completion, it will be the longest mountain railway tunnel in Asia.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Yinchuan–Xi'an high-speed railway</span> Railway line in China

Yinchuan–Xi'an high-speed railway, is a dual-track, electrified, high-speed rail line in Northwest China between Yinchuan and Xi'an. The line is the first railway to connect Qingyang to the Chinese railway network, and also the first railway to connect Ningxia and Yinchuan to the high-speed railway network.
