Glenvista is a suburb in the south of Johannesburg, South Africa. [2] It is located in Region F of the City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality. It has a large Portuguese community and a distinctly cosmopolitan character. Alberton is located 5 kilometres to the East of Glenvista.

Glenvista is beautifully picturesque and is surrounded by palm trees and mountains. and features a prestigious golf course overlooking the lavish mansions up on the hills of Glenvista, It is an affluent and peaceful neighborhood that is home to a diverse community.

Player became only the third golfer in history to win the Career Grand Slam, following Ben Hogan and Gene Sarazen, and only Nicklaus and Woods have performed the feat since. He won over 160 professional tournaments on six continents over seven decades and was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 1974.
