Maharishi Invincibility Institute (MII) is a non-profit educational institution in Marshalltown, Johannesburg, South Africa. It is registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training as a private college. [1] Established in 2007, MII operates in partnership with Maharishi International University in the United States. [2]
The institute is housed in a building donated by Anglo American plc [3] [4] and provides skills-based education aimed at preparing students for the workforce. [5] [6] As of 2024, MII has educated over 24,000 students. [2] MII collaborates with various non-profit organizations, including Jozi My Jozi [7] , to develop sports facilities [8] and contribute to the broader vision of creating an Education Town precinct in Johannesburg. [9]
In 2025, Stanford University recognized MII as one of the twelve most innovative educational institutions globally in its Guide to Reimagining Higher Education. [10]
