The 2014 New Hampshire Senate election was held on 4 November 2014 to determine which party would control the New Hampshire Senate for the following two years in the 164th New Hampshire General Court. All 24 seats in the New Hampshire Senate were up for election and the primary was held on 9 September 2014. Prior to the election, 13 seats were held by Republicans and 11 seats were held by Democrats. The general election saw Republicans expanding their majority by a single seat. [1]
