[3] Pearson completed the 100% CTI acquisition (including MGI) in November 2013. [7] In 2019, CTI and MGI were officially rebranded as the as the Pearson Institute of Higher Education. In November 2020, Pearson announced the disposal of its interests in the Pearson Institute of Higher Education (PIHE) in South Africa to a consortium of Stellenbosch Graduate Institute (SGI) and EXEO Capital, now known as the NetEd group. This transition culminated in the rebranding of the institution to its current name, Eduvos. [11]
