Aquaporin-8 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the AQP8 gene. [5] [6] [7]
Aquaporin-8 (AQP-8) is a water channel protein. Aquaporins are a family of small integral membrane proteins related to the major intrinsic protein (MIP or AQP0). Aquaporin-8 mRNA is found in pancreas and colon but not other tissues. [7]
Keratin 13 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the KRT13 gene.
Aquaporin 3 (AQP-3) is the protein product of the human AQP3 gene. It is found in the basolateral cell membrane of principal collecting duct cells and provides a pathway for water to exit these cells. Aquaporin-3 is also permeable to glycerol, ammonia, urea, and hydrogen peroxide. It is expressed in various tissues including the skin, respiratory tract, and kidneys as well as various types of cancers. In the kidney, aquaproin-3 is unresponsive to the antidiuretic hormone vasopressin, unlike aquaporin-2. This protein is also a determinant for the GIL blood group system.
Kallikrein-5, formerly known as stratum corneum tryptic enzyme (SCTE), is a serine protease expressed in the epidermis. In humans it is encoded by the KLK5 gene. This gene is one of the fifteen kallikrein subfamily members located in a cluster on chromosome 19. Its expression is up-regulated by estrogens and progestins. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding the same protein.
NSFL1 cofactor p47 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NSFL1C gene.
40S ribosomal protein S5 is a ribosomal subunit of the Eukaryotic ribosome (80S) complex. In humans it is encoded by the RPS5 gene.
Aquaporin-5 (AQP-5) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the AQP5 gene.
Fas-activated serine/threonine kinase is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the FASTK gene.
Mitochondrial import receptor subunit TOM34 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TOMM34 gene.
Aquaporin-9 (AQP-9) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the AQP9 gene.
60S ribosomal protein L19 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the RPL19 gene.
Forkhead box protein N3 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the FOXN3 gene.
28S ribosomal protein S30, mitochondrial is a protein that in humans is encoded by the MRPS30 gene.
Aquaporin-7 (AQP-7) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the AQP7 gene.
Zinc finger protein 219 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ZNF219 gene.
CD320 is a human gene.
Zinc finger protein 649 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ZNF649 gene on Human Chromozone 19 containing 5 exons.
WASH complex subunit 3, formerly known as coiled-coil domain-containing protein 53 (CCDC53), is a protein that in humans is encoded by the WASHC3 gene.
DnaJ homolog subfamily C member 28 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the DNAJC28 gene. It's a member of chaperone DnaJ family. The family is also known as Hsp40.
Redox-regulatory protein FAM213A also known as peroxiredoxin-like 2 activated in M-CSF stimulated monocytes (PAMM) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the FAM213A gene.
Eukaryotic translation initiation factor 1b is a protein that in humans is encoded by the EIF1B gene.
