A co-cathedral is a cathedral church which shares the function of being a bishop's seat, or cathedra, with another cathedral, often in another city. Instances of this occurred in England before the Protestant Reformation in the dioceses of 'Bath and Wells', and of 'Coventry and Lichfield'. These two dioceses were each named for both cities that served as bishop's seats.

Our Lady of Guadalupe Cathedral of the Catholic Church is located in Anchorage, Alaska, United States. It is the cathedral and a parish church of the Archdiocese of Anchorage–Juneau. Our Lady of Guadalupe is the seat of the archbishop along with the Co-Cathedral of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, in Juneau. From 2014 to 2020 Our Lady of Guadalupe was the co-cathedral of the Archdiocese of Anchorage.
Andrew Eugene Bellisario is an American Catholic prelate who served as Archbishop of Anchorage-Juneau since 2020, as Bishop of Juneau from 2017 to 2019 and as apostolic administrator of the former Archdiocese of Anchorage for almost a year. He is a member of the Congregation of the Mission.
Francis Chan was a Singaporean bishop of the Catholic Church. After finishing high school in Singapore, he studied for the priesthood at College General in Penang and was ordained a priest in 1939. Chan first served as an assistant pastor in Ipoh until 1946, with a three year interruption due to World War II. He subsequently returned to his hometown after the Japanese occupation ended and served as parish priest there for nine years. When the Holy See created the first two Malaysian dioceses of Kuala Lumpur and Penang in 1955, Chan was appointed as bishop of the latter see. He was consecrated in August of that same year, becoming one of the first two local bishops from Malaysia. A Council Father of the Second Vatican Council, Chan attended two sessions held at St. Peter's Basilica in 1962 and 1964. He died of terminal cancer in 1967. Chan was dubbed "The Singing Bishop" due to his penchant for music.
