The 2010 New Mexico House of Representatives election took place as part of the biennial United States elections. New Mexico voters elected state representatives in all 70 of the state house's districts. State representatives serve two-year terms in the New Mexico House of Representatives. The election coincided with elections for other offices, including for Governor, U.S. House, and Attorney General. [1] A primary election held on June 1, 2010, determined which candidates appear on the November 2nd general election ballot.

The maps were later overturned by the North Carolina Supreme Court, who ordered the legislature to draw new maps. Candidate filing resumed on February 24, 2022 and concluded on March 4, 2022.
