Baghlan is one of the thirty-four provinces of Afghanistan. It is in the north of the country. As of 2020, the province has a population of about 1,014,634.
Kabul, situated in the east of the country, is one of the thirty-four provinces of Afghanistan. The capital of the province is Kabul city, which is also Afghanistan's capital and largest city. The population of the Kabul Province is over 5 million people as of 2020, of which over 85 percent live in urban areas. The current governor of the province is Qari Baryal.
Sholgara is a district in the southern part of Balkh Province, Afghanistan. Sholgara, just south of Mazari Sharif (Mazar), is strategically located at the crossroads between several districts: Sangcharak, Kishindih, Dar-I-Suf. Dar-I-Suf and Sangcharak are known for their resistance to the Taliban insurgency. It is commonly said that "who holds Sholgara, holds Mazar".
Jaghori is one of the main districts of the Ghazni province in Afghanistan. It is located in the highlands in the southern fringes of the Hazaristan region. It occupies 1,855 km2. in the upper Arghandab valley. The population is estimated to be around 560,000 in 2015. The district capital, Sange-e-Masha, is where major business transactions take place. The district is heavily dependent on agriculture, and migrant workers as the main sources of income. Other major marketplaces are in Ghojor and Anguri.
Nawur, is the largest district in Afghanistan's Ghazni province by area. Its population, which is entirely Hazara, was estimated at 91,778 in 2002. The Jikhai River originates here. Nawur with 5234 square kilometre is located in northern part of Ghazni Province, Nawur is neighbour with Qarabagh District in south, Jaghuri District, Malistan District and Ajristan District (Daya) in south west, Jaghatu District and Rashidan District in east, Miramor District of Daikundi province in west, Waras District of Bamian Province in north west, Behsud District, Daimirdad District and Jeghatu District of Maidan Wardak Province in north.
Malistan or Malestan, is a district in Ghazni province, Afghanistan. Its population, which is 100% Hazara, was estimated at 350,000 in 2009. The district capital is Mir Adina.
Qarabagh or Qara Bagh, is a district in Ghazni province, 56 km to the south-west of Ghazni city in eastern Afghanistan. The 1,800 km2 area is one of the most populated at 109,000; some reports count more than 218,000. The ethnic composition of the district includes Hazaras and Pashtuns. The landscape varies in different parts of the district - deserts in the southwest, plains in the southeast and mountains in the north. The district is seriously affected by drought, especially farming and animal husbandry. Health and education need serious improvement.
Char Asiab District is a district, approximately 11 km south of the city of Kabul, and is situated in the southern part of Kabul province, Afghanistan. It has a population of 32,500 people. The majority are Pashtuns, followed by Tajiks as well as a few Hazaras.
Deh Sabz District is situated northeast of Kabul City in Afghanistan. It has a population of 100,136 people. About 70% are Pashtuns and 30% are Tajiks.
Istalif District is located in the northwestern part of Kabul Province, Afghanistan. It has a population of 8,500, a mixture of Tajiks, Pashtuns and Hazaras.
Kalakan District is located in the northern part of Kabul Province, Afghanistan. It borders Guldara District to the west, Qarabagh District to the north, Dih Sabz District to the east and Mir Bacha Kot District to the south. The population is 26,800 (2006). Tajiks form the majority of population. The center is the village of Kalakan, situated in the central part of the district. The district has been seriously affected by war. Most infrastructure was destroyed. The reconstruction and the return of the displaced families is a slow process.
Khaki Jabbar District is a mountainous district situated in the southeastern part of Kabul Province, Afghanistan. The district headquarters is Khak-i Jabbar village, which is located in the central part of the district.
Mir Bacha Kot District is situated in the central part of Kabul Province, Afghanistan. It has a population of 5,000 and another 37,000 are expected to return in the near future. Tajiks are the majority and some Pashtuns also live there.
Mussahi District is a southern district of Kabul Province, Afghanistan. Mussai district borders Char Asiab District to the west, Bagrami District to the north, Khaki Jabbar District to the east and Logar Province to the south. Its headquarter is in Mussahi village, which is in the central part of the district.
Paghman District is in the western part of Kabul Province, Afghanistan. It has a population of over 120,000 people.
Qara Bagh is a town and the center of Qarabagh District, Kabul Province, Afghanistan. The population is 13,000. The town was seriously damaged during the wars.
Shakardara District is situated in the central part of Kabul Province, Afghanistan. It has a population of 3,000 people, with another 10,000 expected to return from abroad.
The Farza District is a new district of Kabul Province, Afghanistan, with a population of 18,000 people. Farza is one of the greenest districts of Kabul. Two hundred years ago the people of Farza had a kingdom lifestyle. The center of Farza is called Qala Mera, which was made by Sayed Baabshah. Sayed's people had strong rules and they were peaceful people.

Qarabaghi, Qarabagh or Karabagh the word Qarabaghi also spelled as Qara Baghi is a tribe of Hazara people in Afghanistan, who are mostly from Qarabagh district of Ghazni Province.
